Card and Pill — Element presentation styles

Elements on a map can be presented in two visual styles. This is configured in the Styles panel.

Pill (default)

The default presentation. Shows an icon and the element’s name as a compact label. Minimal — no additional properties displayed.

Card

A richer presentation. Shows:

A cover image — one image property on the element, designated as the cover
Additional property values displayed on the card face (user-configurable)

Cards are useful when visual identity matters — people, products, content items, anything where a thumbnail communicates faster than a name.

Switching between them

In the Styles panel, choose Pill or Card as the element presentation mode for that map.
