Roles
Collaboration permission levels within a shared workspace or project.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control. Can delete the workspace, manage billing, assign any role including Owner. At least one Owner must always exist. |
| Manager | Can manage team billing, workspace settings, invite/remove members. Cannot delete the workspace. |
| Maker | Full collaborator access — create and edit elements, relations, maps, properties. Cannot change billing, invite new members, or change workspace settings. |
| Watcher | Read-only. Anyone the workspace or project is shared with who isn’t a collaborator. Sees the published/shared state only. |
Scope
Roles apply at the workspace level. Project-level sharing (sharing a single project with someone) grants Watcher access to that project by default.
